Background: Clients coming to the company were looking for ways to enhance their digital literacy skills to be better prepared for the workforce.
Solution: This is one of a number of presentations created to best reach the digital literacy needs of the community. There are images and short pieces of text to go with all steps of the process.
Results: Clients were able to create their own presentations to share with others and companies to which they applied. They continued to build on their digital literacy skills to be more marketable and better prepared for a variety of jobs.

Client: Non-profit in Charlotte
Background: Procedures were missing for how to do various aspects of the job for the company. There needed to be a standard set of procedures.
Solution: This is one of a number of guides created for employees to follow for basic procedures in the company. These guides will be used in a manual for the company for current and new employees.
Results: More streamlined processes cut down on confusion and worktime to have all employees far more efficient. These guides also made it easier for people to problem-solve without needing assistance from other employees.

Client: IDOL Boot Camp
Background: Infographics are a common tool used in all aspects of business. Easy to follow steps are needed to help people learn and use this tool.
Solution: I created an infographic with text and corresponding graphics to teach a group about how to create an infographic. This also introduces a useful website with unlimited templates.
Results: People in the IDOL Boot Camp used these directions to create their own (first) infographic. This is a useful asset that can be created for personal and professional use.
